| Job Description: |
|
- Analyzing and Developing new programs that support business (Reporting system and requesting system).
- Developing Reporting system based on Oracle 12i Application data and based on Oracle 10g Database. Develop Requesting system using Oracle 10g developer.
- Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix.
- Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval from management with solution approach, with effort and cost estimates
- Review technical setups & configuration and take corrective action.
- Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution.
- Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes.
