- Conduct lab and plant trials of raw materials for alternate source development or improvement. - Provide immediate feedback in case of any abnormality. - Search of raw material compatibility with respect to processing conditions. - Suggest useful utilization of dead raw material with keeping cost reduction factor in consideration after approval. - Sensory evaluation and result compilation of new and existing products. - Check and maintain the product profile according to approved raw materials. - Have effective coordination with the management & labors for smooth/efficient work-flow. - Provide raw material consumption to commercial department for material procurement
