• Reports to Manager HR & Administration.
  • Work on the assignments given by Higher Management.
  • Update and process the complete attendance and payroll system.
  • Draft all the letters related to Human Resources and administration work.
  • Assist Manager HR & Admin in preparation of departmental policies.
  • Preparation of reports, flowcharts as per the HR & Admin requirement.
  • Maintaining the complete filing system of personnel and keeps it confidential.
  • Arrangement of Management meetings and Vendor meetings.
  • Correspondence and responsible to monitor matters relating Employees old age benefits institution and Employee Social Security Institution and Up-dation of EOBI computerized system.
  • Deal with different Vendors regarding procurement.
  • Preparation of Purchase orders, works order & comparative statements.
