• Purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of HR services ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment with overall organizational objectives and business plan.
  • Ensure that the HR Strategy supports the delivery of business objectives and is aligned and integrated with organizational strategy.
  • Ensure that senior management takes full account of HR issues when business plans and key decisions are made.
  • Play a key role in driving up the standard of leadership and overall performance of Human Resource in the Company.
  • Play an active role in stimulating and managing change within the Company.
  • Ensure industrial peace and harmony.
  • Professional development of HR team members.
