Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan and are involved in the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of life saving and other essential drugs. The Energy Efficiency Executive / Manager: Will be responsible for identifying, developing and completing energy efficiency projects that will reduce the cost of power generation and energy usage in the companys manufacturing facilities. These projects will ultimately improve the overall green house gas environmental footprint of the Company. |

The Candidate should
1. Establish methodology to track, monitor, and report progress toward energy management improvement goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) resulting in reduced energy usage per unit of production targeting below industry averages.
2. Devise energy efficiency plan to optimally run HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) systems, generators, lighting, compressed air, motors, controls, industrial processing and boilers, as well as minimize wastage.
3. Ensure the development and implementation of division / department-based energy monitoring and efficiency projects. Work across with all operating departments to achieve targeted improvements.
4. Benchmark energy usage at the companys facility against similar companies in the industry to identify production processes in need of improvement.
5. Conduct energy audits of the facility to identify energy efficiency, load control, and distributed generation opportunities. Perform and review energy savings calculations.
Job Skills
2-4 years experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency projects in an industrial setting. |
