- Deep technical knowledge and is known for being a problem solver.
- Expertise in Code Ignitor.
- Has handled large complex projects and managed teams.
- Expertise in PHP and related frameworks particularly based around MVC.
- Expertise in LAMP suite.
- Expertise in HTML, XHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS is a must.
- Hands-on experience of at-least 3 project in Core PHP development
- Software Configuration Management, server configuration and deployment experience is a must.
- Great team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and mentoring skills. Will help management hire the right candidates and build highly skilled teams.
