|
HR Manager will be responsible for: - Very much familiar with HR issues and activities in Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Strategic Role of Human Resource Management especially in making strategic decisions and going through radical organizational changes such as merging process.
- Dealing with all phases of the merger process as well as post implementation stage of merger (staffing after merging process, dump-sizing or rightsizing, survival and other issues).
- The "Strategic Fit" With Merging Process, various contexts on the relationship between strategic HRM, organizational performance, change management, and competitive advantages.
