| Job Description: |
|
- At least 6 years practical experience in Field operations of Telecommunications industry.
- Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors.
- Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M processes are preferred
- At least 2 years big and multi-vendor project/dept management experience with good track records.
- Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
- Expertise in Field maintenance process (Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance process).
- Spare part replacement/renew process. Accident / Critical accident recovery and escalation process. Multi-vendor management process.
- Innovative and forward thinking relating to Managed Services implementation efficiency improvement and cost saving.

Bachelors Degree ( Electrical/Mechanical) or above in telecommunication field
Energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice
Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills.
Be able to work as a team member and a leader, have good coordination and organizing skills.
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English.
Ability to work under high pressure.
