| Job Description: |
|
- Customer Support: resolve all telecom power equipment problems claimed by customer, Level 2 & Level 3 support and troubleshooting
- Work scope coverage: Rectifier, Battery, Solar System, and UPS.
- Interface with customers, interface with China R&D engineer (Chinese), problem management
- Manage a small team
- On-site support or troubleshooting if required
- 7*24 hour response
Candidate Requirement:
- Applicants must meet the following minimum requirement in terms of work experience and educational background to be eligible.
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- More than 5 years working experience in Telecom power equipment: rectifier, solar system, battery, UPS.
- Age : under 40 years old
- Willing to travel, experience in project management will be preferred
- Good communication, Good working attitude
