1. To help in assigning, following up, and collecting necessary material for the magazine for the various channels and contributors. 2. To assist in subbing, editing and proof reading the magazine after it has been initially edited by editor. To help in the layout of the magazines, to oversee its content just before sending it to print and also facilitate the final edit of Masala TV Food magazine. 3. Follow-up and collection of recipes and pictures for the magazine from the various Masala program directors. 4. To edit and proof read the Urdu recipes received. 5. To watch the old Programs shown on the channel, prior to the collection of recipes and to note down the recipes in Urdu. 6. To help in the layout of the Mag and oversee its content prior to sending it for print.
