1. Project management: take responsibility for the implementation, administrative and financial management of the water program.

2. Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, rules and regulations.

3. Assure that all contractual obligations are adhered to and make necessary contacts and efforts to ensure implementation of required objectives.

4. Ensure the major deliverables are formally approved by Manager Program.

5. Identify and utilize strong team members to bring additional experience in Water program.

6. Provide opportunities for team-building & capacity building activities.

7. Supervise the overall planning of the programme and related project/s activities.

8. Supervise the preparation of project(s) budgets and utilization of approved finances in line with the organizational policies.

9. Be responsible for quality delivery of all intermediate and final outputs of programme.

10. Regularly appraise team members and provide feedback and support to enable them to do their jobs better.

11. Ensure the supervision of proper hard/soft filing of all documents related to individual activities, as per the organization’s QMS guidelines.

12. Coordinate with Government Agencies, Camp administration and other related Stakeholders.

Skills

1.Minimum of 5 years practical experience in managing large, multi-stakeholder project. Experience in INGOs/NGO/ in the same filed will be preferred.
2.Extensive knowledge of management issues from a social scientific perspective
4.Experience in policy-orientated research, demonstrated by a track record of publications and reports;
5.Willingness to travel frequently
6.Strong technical skills in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, vulnerability assessments and metrics, and ethnographic research.
