Human Resource Executive will be responsible for following
- Complete Recruitment Cycle
- Interviewing and induction of candidates
- Conduct Training as per training plan
- Effective coordination and communication with Managers
- Effective implementation of Company policies and procedures
- Implementation of Health benefits
- Conducting Annual appraisal and monthly performance reviews
- Timely Updation of Employees Database including staff details, attendance and overtime
- Documentation & Updating Personnel files
- Payroll Management
