This is a Management trainee Position ( 12 months training program). If selected to join you are going to complete a 12 months customized training in management. You will learn our sales process, company philosophy, mission, vision, will get to know our markets,our products and services, business development process,your 50% job objective is to retain and develop your book of business (your customers and prospective pipeline). You will be given a complete agenda every week that needs to be completed in timely fashion and then reviewed by the two partners (you must achieve 90% weekly in order to complete this vigorous management training program). Major areas of this work will be to call our customers and follow upon on their orders while at the same time you are coordinating project management with your operations manager. Making sales calls and giving presentations will be a part of your daily focus. You will be groomed to close sales with a variety of diverse companies and individual customers in Pakistan. Once you are certified in your 12 months with Hwi Homes company of Hwi, at that stage your salary will be adjusted and commission structure will be included in your complete package. Your monthly income shall be in the range of Rs. 10K to Rs. 100k, depending on your successful sales strategies and your retained customers who are cross sold consistently. This is not a job, this isa career with one of the best family owned company. You must have a business degree from a reputable school or in any other discipline of study. You must have a five years minimum sales experience, management experience. You must be a fast learner, with ethical and positive attitude.You must be a good listener, well mannered, sophisticated, must use sales techniques that is thought to you in our management training program, willing to learn and in working well with a team setting as well as independently. After a vigorous 12 months training with Hwi, and senior management, you will be moving to your next stage in this career with a great package and a career. |
You must understand the business of interior designing or have passion to learn this business, understand custom furniture, making calls on the right prospective customers consistently, be very organized, and to follow up on your current customers daily. Develop your own book of business, provide excellent customer service, daily feed back to your senior management, understand the customer needs, budget, and requirements. You must know how to utilize your resources and have a positive attitude and wish to make a difference by becoming a team member with "Hwi" family.
