• Logs review and analysis on daily basis and inform in case of any abnormality
  • Work on application performance statistics and identification of problem areas and root cause analysis.
  • Monitoring and management of logs as per PCI 3.3 standards and recommendations.
  • Working on security areas for both application and syslog environment.
  • Monitoring and suggesting the BI for applications [Business layer]
  • Development of shell and python scripts for automation task .
  • Problem Management and work proactively in case of any emergency situation and engage required resources for rectification
  • Tracking of Production Issues

1st Quarter Goals

  • Work on different problematic areas of application for the identification actually reason of problem e.g.; logging issues, Apache log analysis
