Job Description:
  • Leadership role responsible for planning, managing and delivering network projects.
  • Planning, managing and monitoring of company wide networks located in different geographic locations.
  • Organize and manage available resources to deliver projects and operations.
  • Interface within OPS, engineering, PMO and CS management as well as external customers and vendors on project/operational matters.
  • Identifies, mitigates and reports risks in network infrastructure.
  • Maintains a healthy team environment and motivates team members to maintain a high-energy and high-performance work culture.
  • Provides regular status updates to management, adding clarity and visibility
  • Facilitates process improvement and establishment of high-performance standards
  • Ensure compliance of process
 
Skills Required:
 
Mandatory Requirements:

a. At least 3 years network management experience
b. CCSP certified, with CISCO ID#
c. Overall 8 Years experience in the same field, out of which 2-3 yrs at Managerial role is must

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:

a. Experience with multi-tiered, remote, large scale network deployment (IPS, GSS, Load balancers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPNs etc.)
b. Strong project-management skills.
c. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
d. Strong verbal and written communication skills
e. Strong resource management skill to reduce waste
f. Organized and good reporting skills

Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills:

a. CCSP (mandatory)
b. CCNA
c. CCNP
d. CEH (optional)
