|
- Leadership role responsible for planning, managing and delivering systems and projects.
- Planning, managing and monitoring of enterprise systems and storage infrastructure located in different geographic locations.
- Organize and manage available resources to deliver projects and operations.
- Interface within OPS, engineering, PMO and CS management as well as external customers and vendors on project/operational matters.
- Identifies, mitigates and reports risks in systems and storage infrastructure.
- Maintains a healthy team environment and motivates team members to maintain a high-energy and high-performance work culture.
- Provides regular status updates to management, adding clarity and visibility.
- Facilitates process improvement and establishment of high-performance standards.
- Grow technical capacity beyond the core products and technologies.
