- Analyzing the Requirements from the client
- Participating in preparing Test Plans
- Preparing Test Scenarios
- Preparing Test Cases for module, integration and system testing
- Preparing Test Data for the test cases
- Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases
- Executing the Test Cases
- Defect Tracking
- Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it
- Prepare Summary Reports
- Prepare Lesson Learnt documents from the previous project testing experience
- Work on Cross Team tasks for different clients
- Should be proficient in product domain and complete release process and his/her role in it.
- Should be able to perform functional and automation testing without any managerial overhead.
- Should be able to give suggestions for test process improvement.
- Should be able to independently plan and perform testing tasks with 100% productivity.
