· Interviewing applicants and identifying qualifying resources for the programs/campaign
· Assist with both external and internal hiring.
· Develop a comprehensive recruitment process.
· Identify future talent needs and pro-actively develop talent pool
· Conduct Orientation or Role Awareness Session for each hired batch.
· Conduct recruitment drives in college/university/language centers.
