Management Trainees Required For Treasury Dealing

Icon Securities (Pvt) Ltd is a well known and leading financial intermediary operating its business in Pakistan Capital markets. For one of its important working area--- Treasury markets division the company requires suitable Management trainees.

Applicant Must Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and convincing ability.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Self motivated, Confident and an Effective Team Leader
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent team member with sound negotiation skills

Job Description & Details:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up Clients meetings (Planning and preparing presentations)
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with Clients.
  • Well versed in Professional Ethics- Good business sense
  • Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist clients concerning sales and advertising techniques with the creative team
  • To manage, update and prepare the clientele data.
  • Represents company at client meetings to promote product, and delivers sales presentations to key clients.
  • Contact businesses individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of prospects.
  • Phone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing as well as new
    customers in person and via telephone calls.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to Clients
  • Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
