[b]Ideation[/b] is looking to hire Web Graphic Designers for its design shop. We are looking for talented web experts who care to do something different. If usability, user experience, agile development, social media, easy of use, web standards are some of the words you use everyday, it would be awesome to have you in our team.
Candidates should have excellent command over Adobe Photoshp CS & Illustrator CS. Candidate's job would be to create excelled logos & web graphics for our web designer to convert into CSS/HTML.
Work in a relaxed environment, on exciting projects without any client demands. Work in a team that wants to do something different, unique and innovative. You'll also have plenty of time to experiment & explore, as were always open to explore new ideas.

[b]Candidates with the following skills be considered:[/b]
- At least 3-4 years of experience and proven expertise in web design (and above).
- Ability to think out of the box and come up with innovative designs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with latest logo, web & design trends.
- Experience in Desktop, web-based graphic design and web interface design.
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and ability to design unique web graphics in Web 2.0.
- Proficient in theme design of Magento and other open source solutions like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress etc is a plus.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS. (HTML 5 is a plus)
- Excellent grip over graphics design software's like Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS or Corel Draw, Macromedia Freehand, Dream Weaver, Fireworks.
- Also knowledge of professional Web and graphics design is a Big plus for you. We would love to have a versatile artist in our team.
