At least 6 years of sales and distribution management experience in FMCG environment.                                                   - Responsible for product-wise Annual/Monthly Sales, Volumes & Value Growth in assigned territories.  - Ensure targeted outlet coverage, product availability and visibility.  - Ensure Sales System Productivity in terms of range selling, total Volumes, Outlets covered, below the line costs per Sales Executive/ Representative.  - Ensure Customer relationships and service levels and outlets, in terms of order fulfillment, merchandising, in-shop-promos, frequency of service and complaints handling.  - Ensure that accounts receivables are collected on time and do not contribute to the build-up of over due outstanding. Also ensure a strategy to recover over due outstanding.  - Periodically review performance of Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, Merchandisers with the objective of improving performance, analyzing opportunities and building greater result orientation.  - Provide leadership to the sales force and inspire them to superior performance and result delivery. |
