Manage the sales operation functions through the given staff and keep close liaison with relevant departments for smooth functioning. Ensure effective supply chain support through accurate MSLs and forecasting in coordination with field sales staff. Timely collection & processing of distributor related claims, field expenses, petty cash requests and other administrative expenses as per Company Policy. Ensure proper documentation / record of distributor profiles etc at head office. Follow up for in time collection of sales proceeds. Assist NSM in sales analysis, cost effectiveness, planning, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement. Submission of reports to management as and when required. Timely communication about any change in Company Policy/ Plans to concern departments.
