Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales and distribution management experience in FMCG environment. · Responsible for achievement of product-wise annual/monthly sales targets. · Ensure targeted outlet coverage, product availability and visibility. · Responsible for leading a team of distributors’ salesmen and reporting to Area Sales Manager. · Maintain the customer complaints and ensure resolution. · Provides timely feedback on market situation, sales outlooks, competitor's activities, product pricing. |
