At least 2-3 years experience in sales operations management within the FMCG industry:

  • Assist Sales Operations Manager in ensuring smooth functioning of Sales operations function in Head office & all regions.
  • Assist Sales Operations Manager in sales forecasting process and on customer services matters such as timely dispatch of stock to the customers, cheque deliveries and other related matters.
  • Ensure timely communication of the company policies/plans to the distributors to avoid any conflicts.
  • Responsible for verifying distributors claims as per company policies and ensuring timely reimbursement of the same.
  • Handle all matter/queries relating the distributor management.
  • Ensuring immediate recovery of sales proceeds against dishonored cheques.
  • Responsible for processing all field forces expenses as per company policy.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating records regarding sales operations.
  • To carry out any other assignment that is assigned by the Sales Operations Manager from time to time.
