Job Description:

Minimum 2 Years of sales and distribution management experience in FMCG environment.

- Responsible for achievement of product-wise annual /monthly sales targets.

- Ensure targeted outlet coverage, product availability and visibility.

- Responsible for leading a team of distributors salesmen and reporting to Area Sales Manager.

- Maintain the customer complaints and ensure resolution.

- Provides timely feedback on the market situation, sales outlooks, competitor's activities, product pricing.
