General Purpose:
- The main purpose of CSO is to interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Customer Services Officer has to develop long term relations with initial and prospective clients through daily follow ups and interactions.
Job Tasks:
- Act as Front Desk team member, handling all front desk operations.
- Year round follow up of visiting and operated clients.
- Arrange photo gallery of before and after results for operated clients in the system.
- Call up operated clients for routine checkup.
- Arrange files of operated clients in an organized manner.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products or services either by phone or electronically.
- Communicate and coordinate with sales team.
- Negotiate other related duties as delegated.
