Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

This position is meant to assume administration of routine Human Resource operations within the firm and consolidate HR activities of the Head office, Branch offices and Site offices, working under direct supervision of the Manager HR. Alongside basic tasks/duties, the position must assist in ensuring/enforcing compliance of organizational rules and regulations along with implementing departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and adding value to the overall HR function.

POST HOLDER REPORTS TO: Manager, Human Resource

JOB DESCRIPTIONS/ MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Main duties & responsibilities are as follows:

  • To keep the Human Resource Information Management (HRIM) System updated with Leaves Record, Personal Information, Performance Appraisal Systems, Employee Orientation and Handbook and other HR related information
  • To maintain/update various HR-related databases and records such as daily attendance, performance management, etc. and files/records such as Personal Files, Employee Relation Files, CV databases etc.
  • To assist in and monitor monthly bio-matrix reports for Attendance tracking, and Compensation & Payroll generation.
  • Check, track and follow-up on HR activities and be able to generate prompt reports and various analysis for the management’s review.
  • To assist in the Recruitment, Interview and Selection process, and recruit skilled and quality human resources for the firm, while developing/administering associated systems for aptitude testing, screening of recruits, reference testing etc.
  • To add value to the departmental functioning and work towards fostering a positive company culture, in terms of productivity, health & safety, employee morale, training & development, succession planning and so on.
  • To address issues relating to staff members and their timely communication to the designated Head.
  • To work towards improving the HR function and facilitate in the implementation of programs & policies etc.
  • To assist supervisor in day-to-day activities of the department
  • To maintain strict confidentiality in all HR matters of the firm
  • To perform any other task as and when assigned by supervisor.

1.Minimum Bachelor Degree with at least 1 year of experience in the same capacity (E)
