• Teach, lead and motivate students.
• Implement academic and administrative policies, procedures, rules and regulations as instructed by Section Head and MD.
• Implement teaching methodologies as per school policies and curriculum.
• Work towards the development of students in all spheres.
• May be asked to do additional work as well.
Skills
• Well versed with the HSSC level curriculum.
• Teach students based on relevant board and exam pattern.
• Monitor, assess, record, and report students’ progress to admin, student and parent.
• Good verbal communication skills to impart subject knowledge to the students in a timely and effective manner.
• Should be adept in lesson planning and delivery.
• Ideal candidate should be able to develop student interest in the subject.
• Effective class room control
• The candidate should have an experience of at least 5 years in a relevant position.
