As a Customer Service Representative your resposibility would be to
1 - Make or receive Sales Calls on behalf of the company
2 - Fix Appointments or Transfer Sales call as per the project
3 - Help existing Customers in understanding the process better
and to work on any Customer Sales assignment given to you from time to time as per our client's need.
