- Research, recommend, and support new standards, experiments, innovations, and upgrades.
- Interact with customers to gather and analyze requirements, and provide recommendations for suitable solutions.
- Make formal project reports and presentations for various level audiences.
- Actively participate in team efforts to build, test and deploy solutions.
- Participate and manage workload on simultaneous projects from inception through completion.
- Deliver post deployment trainings and manage customer queries related to product portfolio.
- Manage customer support in accordance with the approved SLA’s.
