Job Description:
As a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing business process automation utilizing Salesforce framework.You will be responsible for the administration of the SFDC application which includes:
  • Maintaining functional day-to-day operations,
  • Upgrades,
  • Customer portals and 3rd party integrations.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the company to provide maintenance, configuration, reporting and training.Candidates must possess the ability to understand business requirements and processes and build workable solutions in Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, profiles,and roles.
  • Develop reports and dashboards and assist users with report design and
  • management.
  • Assist in developing documentation on processes and workflows.
  • Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with internal clients.
  • Regularly audit field usage and overall system adoption.
  • Build and maintain a Salesforce to Salesforce connection between related companies.
  • Maintain data integrity; focus on monitoring data quality, record completeness, and record duplication; and perform clean-up procedures.
  • Work with SalesForce and other system developers on system extensions, customizations, and integrations.
  • Build and edit Custom Objects, Workflows, and Approvals.
  • Conduct end user needs and process analysis to provide best practice recommendations for correct implementation, tools, and customizations.
  • Make recommendations based on trends and patterns discovered during data analysis.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user requests.
  • Document and monitor internal operating policies and procedures.
  • Maintain existing user privileges. - Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in Technology, Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification highly preferred.
  • At least five (3) years experience using a variety of systems and software with experience in configuration, customization, and reporting.
  • At least two (1) years experience in a Salesforce administrator role for a mid-to-large business with demonstrated success in planning,execution, and project management.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce to Salesforce functionality.
  • Outlook and/or Oracle and/or Tenrox integration experience preferred.
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus who is creative and detail-oriented, with distinctive problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
