- Identify and engage potential clients by utilizing internal and external data/ information sources
- Be able to generate new leads and sales avenues
- Answers inquiries regarding sales
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
- Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals & team goals
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
- Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales & marketing (preferably building products related)
- Must have own bike (fuel to be paid by company)
- Preparing market reports for senior management
- Excellent communication skills and presentation aptitude
