Mandatory Requirements (Please don't apply if you don't fulfill the mandatory requirements):

  • Must be able to fluently communicate with international customers in English (British accent or at least a neutral accent).
  • Experience of working (preferable in the UK or North America) in outsourcing industry (providing Remote support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with international customers and provide technical support for small to medium sized companies
  • Offer exceptional customer services experience to customers with enhanced communication skills
  • Document procedures and network diagrams when required Pro-Actively manage customer accounts, making sure that all of their support issues are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Co-ordinate technical information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve technical issues related to Microsoft, Linux, Cisco products along with commonly used Firewalls Servers and other infrastructure devices
  • Manage backups, antiviruses, maintenance, security and system logs.

Skills Required: -

  • Experienced in working with international customer facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with international customers.
  • Experienced in offering excellent customer services.
  • Willingness and determination to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Be able to use CRM systems and help-desk ticketing systems.
  • Very good technical and troubleshooting knowledge of Windows servers, SQL Server, IIS, basic configuration Wireless Networks, DSL/ADSL internet routers.

Job Specification:
  • Hands-on experience with security products including open source product.
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking.
  • Hands-on experience with handling critical Windows issues.- Be able to judge the severity of the issue.
