- Team Coordination, Team travel arrangements, Arrangements of Local and International IT Trainings programs.
- Managing timely order placement, delivery of software media and maintaining software media records for new projects.
- Maintaining a calendar of events for effective long term planning & management.
- Coordination with all InfoTech entities within Pakistan and international offices.
Other Activates
- Planning and arranging Corporate Meetings, Coordination with Partner (Oracle, IBM ).
- Supervising & coordinating the activities of personnel, subcontractors & vendors and working closely with exhibition organizers, stand designers and contractors.
- Artist recruitment and development, contract negotiations, art purchasing, vender relationships. Content, events, brochures, marketing collaterals, style guides and presentations.
- Assist in the design and flow of the event and assist in the scripting of the print materials, touch-screen interaction, online interaction to ensure they reflect the workable methodology
- Overseeing procurement of catering, audiovisual, security & rental needs as per the budgetary constraints of client or sponsors.
- Managing relationships with sponsors and clients.
