Responsibilities ·Lead the design, architecture and implementation of next generation trading system ·Take responsibility of system from design through implementation ·Work with team members in foreign offices to ensure on time and high quality delivery ·Work closely with leadership and trading teams to create requirements for new systems and features Qualifications ·Had experience of product development ·In-depth knowledge of desktop and distributed software architectures ·Exceptionally proficient in C++ architecture, design and development ·Ability to relate/communicate effectively to all levels of associates including management, developers and operations ·Creative/innovative problem solving skills ·Heavy attention to detail as well as broad picture view ·Ability to manage multiple software development priorities with ease Plus Points ·Experience in cross platform (i.e. Linux/Windows) & cross language (i.e. C/C++ and .Net) software architecture development ·Experience of Java ·Capital market knowledge will be a huge plus ·Knowledge of C++11, boost libraries and experienced with STL
