- Software Configuration Management and Software Development Process technical skills
- Hands on Experience of Configuration Control tools SVN and on other like VSS, TFSResponsible of maintaining CM (configuration management) process according to CMMI
- Preservation of code using configuration Management tool and track Changes at the time of any modification made in Configuration Item.
- Maintain backups of Compilation servers and version control tools
- Setting up Environment for Compilation
- Should provide efficient post release functional/technical support
- Participate in all knowledge transfer sessions.
- Introduce necessary security measures to ensure that all applications and systems are secure from data loss or misuse.
- On time and accurate preparation of different statistical reports and summaries as per need & requirement by Management.
- Be a good team player in the process of continuous improvement of development and support services. Identify opportunities for improvement and proposed appropriate solutions where required.
- Participate in the research and development in order to understand and incorporate industry standards and best practices in software and product.
- Track Changes of every Configuration item at the time of modification.
- Data structures, algorithms, coding concept, and standard techniques would be a plus.
- Release Management, Version Management, Build Management
- Building development, test, and production baselines
- Updating baseline copies as configuration changes are made across environments and branches
- SVN Management (admin, Client)

- Very god analytical, problem solving and debugging skills and ability to function at both the implementation and conceptual level.
