Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for facilitating project management in effective and efficient management of projects.
- Prepares project schedules and other project artefacts as per the project need with input from relevant stakeholder .
- Systematically coordinate project staff to ensure that all project elements are delivered within their schedules.
- Facilitate planning meetings and workshops when required.
- Follows up on tasks and work for issue resolution.
- Facilitates in project communication and reporting.
- Collects, compiles, analyses and reports project and process data to facilitate in making informed decisions.
- Tracks project progress and reports status periodically as per the project requirements and project management process.
- Facilitates in process assurance and other process activities related to assigned projects and development lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between SENSYS and its stakeholders are precise.
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
- Document project progress [project file, project log] .
- Present and document interim results, carry out reviews.
- Monitor project progress and success [assess risks and hazards].
