- Understand production pipeline and support developers and Design team during export process.
- Must have the ability to balance aesthetics with technical platform capabilities and limitations.
- Monitor and create intuitive user experiences for new features of existing and future applications.
- Keep up with new technologies in design trends and Incorporate usability testing feedback
- Collaborate with others and work well with developers and product management.
- Working with our development team you will be responsible for creating designs, concepts and identities for our clients.
- Crafting a fluid and exciting user experience driven by flawless UI design
- Communicating with technical staff and modifying design based on interpreting technical requirements and client’s feedback
- Design stunning user interfaces for mobile and tablet form factors in mind.
- Deep understanding of visual design disciplines (typography, colour, icons, layout etc.) and should be able to design without seeking external inspiration.
- Have experience designing enterprise grade mobile application across iOS and Android platforms and should have a deep understanding of user behaviour with strong UX concepts.
- Must be able to slice design for Android and iOS devices. Extensive knowledge of screen sizes and resolutions is INTEGRAL.
- Hardcore experience with vectors and high resolution designs is a MUST.
- Have an eye for clean but captivating corporate designs that are intuitive, highly functional and attractive where you will be required to create wireframes and conceptualise design ideas that are in sync with the industry niche and the brand.
Required Skills
- A degree in graphic design or similar – showing strong design fundamentals
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer in Web and Mobile Design.
- Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design, UI Planning and the Design Process with strong understanding of mobile and web platforms, particularly iOS, Android.
- Strong Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign,
- Adobe Creative Studio, 3DS Max (Basic Knowledge) and Fireworks (Optional)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Able to create W3C compliant HTML.
- Have experience creating wireframes using tools such as UXPin or Axure, POP and Marvel and create prototypes based on user stories and client requirements
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong online portfolio of Web 3.0 design talent across web, mobile, tablet and social platforms having worked directly with clients to conceptualize and realize design UI/UX strategies.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies (particularly Mobile)
- Ability to work independently with little direction. Interacting with a team of business analysts, developers and project managers to turn your work into code
