-3 Years experience is required in corporate Taxation, Monthly, quarterly & Annual returns filing of Companies,directors, etc.
- Ensure all accounting procedures and entries (JV-PV-RV-SV,etc)
- Prepare financial Statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely, monthly & year end close.
- Handle & prepare all tax working (Group) monthly I.T,ST Returns, annual returns, coordination with tax consultants.
- Able to manage and supervise accountants/Executives/officer and provide guidance to ensure he quality of the data entry.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analyzing the records including bank reconciliation, asset management & cash management.
- Individual company accounts and consolidated accounts preparation.
- Coordinate with the external auditors.
- Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenue.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Ensure all the financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Any accounts/tax related tasks/ reports given by management.
