Job Description:
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Prefer Associates Degree or 2 years of college education.
  • 1 year experience in a customer service role in an office environment (Preferable).
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Computer keyboarding skills, effective communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Professional and neat appearance.
  • Understands and can perform basic office-practice skills, including filing, word-processing, and sorting functions.
Job Description:
  • Answer telephones and take messages and direct calls to the appropriate party courteously and professionally.
  • Direct guest to the appropriate individual.
  • Evaluate inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain visitors waiting area in a friendly positive manner and provide a professional first impression.
  • Meet and greet customers/guest.
  • Order supplies.
  • Other administrative duties and assignments as required.
