Job Description:
An international humanitarian organization seeks the following candidate to work for the development and relief of marginalized communities in Pakistan and Afghanistan. If you are looking to work in an open, friendly, professional and stimulating environment, we are interested in you.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Assist Mobile Knowledge Resource Center (MKRC) colleagues in implementation of project plan.
  • Assist in keeping the project within budgetary controls, planning and implementation of the project.
  • Follow process flow charts of project activities and provide creative insight in making revisions, when needed.
  • Prepare and deliver various kinds of training, and monthly implementation reports.
  • Plan, organize and facilitate training oriented events, such as but not limited to: workshops, follow ups, refresher courses, and sessions with communities according to the plans in coordination of team.
  • Supervise Pre and Post test of trainings.
  • Implementing tools such as evaluation of training and developing effective mechanisms to create evaluate and document impact.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining records of training manuals and modules along with project team members.
Skills Required:
  • For the post of PO a degree from university and 4-5 years experience is considered necessary.
  • Good communication and facilitation skills; Writing project progress reports
  • Good English, Urdu and Sindhi are essential.
  • The PO must be tolerant and sensitive to needs of religious and ethnic minorities, women and the poor.
  • In the absence of the supervisors, the PO must have the confidence, initiative, patience and integrity to work independently.
  • The PO is required to adhere to the Codes of Conduct practiced by organization and its commitment to the Humanitarian Accountability Framework (HAF).
