Field Officer
· Design and developed training manual on early childhood education.
· Capacity building of ECED teachers on ECED Manual.
· Coordination with training institutions such as PITE, RITE, for conduction of training in the field level
· Prepare TNAs tools for ECED need identification
· In close coordination with Sr. Field Officer/ Sr. Manager and other colleagues conducts trainings accordingly.
· Manages to solve conflicts and resolve issues at field level.
· Manages and supervises ECED teachers in accordance with the IRC HR Policies and Procedures including staff performance management, orientations, capacity building, staff induction and conflict resolution;

Representation
· Represent ECED classes in school progress and updates on daily, weekly and monthly basis to her immediate supervisor.
· Represent her school at camp coordination meetings and other important events in the camp.
