| Job Description: |
|
1. Processing of bank transactions on daily basis.Implement internal control procedures, in keeping with IRC policies and procedures. To ensure that Bank book is updated on daily basis.
2. Review and check all transactions are in compliance with donor and IRC requirements.
3. Processing and finalizing the monthly transaction spreadsheets for onward posting to accounting system. Ensure that all information in the spreadsheet is correct and complete.
4. Prepare cash forecasts and Cash Transfer Requests for overall program keeping in view the monthly cash needs.
5. Checking of monthly payroll to ensure accuracy,identify problems for further improvement. Ensure timely disbursements and advice HR for proper grant coding.
6. Checking the field offices upload sheets and the vouchers on monthly basis.
7. Assist Finance Manager in monitoring of the field offices when required.
8. Preparation of Amortization of prepaid expenses of IRC KPK offices on monthly basis.
9. Produce timely and regular balance sheet accounts reconciliation. Identify differences or discrepancies and follow up as appropriate, in keeping with IRC policies, procedures and standard practices.
10. Preparation and checking of bank reconciliation statements of all accounts on monthly basis.
11. Assist Finance Manager in preparation of draft donor financial reports and checking of Bv As reports on monthly basis for expense tracking & reclassification in grants.
12. Participate in professional development activities,as needed or requested.
13. Assist Budget Manager in preparation of grant budget and operational budget
14. Dealing with Tax and EOBI related issues of the Peshawar and field offices.
15. Prepare/update Grants/Budget Filing
16. Perform other duties, as necessary and/or as requested.
