Job Description:

The primary function of this position is to assist in resolving Wireless Network issues and desktop related problems in field Offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in LAN administration according to standards of HQ.
  • Assist inmanagement and implementation of Networks.
  • Assist inensuring safe and secure working of office networks and adopt necessarymeasure to keep the networks/workstations free from viruses.
  • Carry outresolution of day to day IT issues to users.
  • Responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting/ installations.
  • Responsiblefor timely hardware servicing of hardware as and when required
  • Assistsin managing systems, networks & facilitate users as par policy.
  • MaintainIT-related reference documents for all devices and their configurations& installations.
  • Tomake sure that all hardware and software license agreements arefulfilled for all systems, networks. Must take reasonable precautions toguard against corruption of data or software or damage to hardware
  • Assistin maintaining data backup on weekly, monthly basis and keep individualdata as confidential
  • Responsiblefor periodical updates of windows and network security updates,Antivirus updates etc.
  • Trackrecord of equipments sent for repairs / service.
  • Fieldoffices frequent visit for trouble shooting / backups.
  • Other responsibilities as and whenassigned by the supervisor.

Skills Required:

  • Ableto travel to field sites.
  • Abilityto priorities a demanding workload.
  • Goodwritten & oral communication skills.
  • Strongtroubleshooting skills

Preference:

  • MCSEwill be a plus
  • Local Candidates Preferred
