|
The primary function of this position is to assist in resolving Wireless Network issues and desktop related problems in field Offices. Responsibilities: - Assist in LAN administration according to standards of HQ.
- Assist inmanagement and implementation of Networks.
- Assist inensuring safe and secure working of office networks and adopt necessarymeasure to keep the networks/workstations free from viruses.
- Carry outresolution of day to day IT issues to users.
- Responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting/ installations.
- Responsiblefor timely hardware servicing of hardware as and when required
- Assistsin managing systems, networks & facilitate users as par policy.
- MaintainIT-related reference documents for all devices and their configurations& installations.
- Tomake sure that all hardware and software license agreements arefulfilled for all systems, networks. Must take reasonable precautions toguard against corruption of data or software or damage to hardware
- Assistin maintaining data backup on weekly, monthly basis and keep individualdata as confidential
- Responsiblefor periodical updates of windows and network security updates,Antivirus updates etc.
- Trackrecord of equipments sent for repairs / service.
- Fieldoffices frequent visit for trouble shooting / backups.
- Other responsibilities as and whenassigned by the supervisor.
Skills Required: - Ableto travel to field sites.
- Abilityto priorities a demanding workload.
- Goodwritten & oral communication skills.
- Strongtroubleshooting skills
Preference: - MCSEwill be a plus
