Job Description:

The Office Aide is responsible for providing general clerical services in support of the program administration and to meet program goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain stationary stocks and distribute stationary supplies, in keeping with IRC policies and procedures, as assigned. Document the distribution and usage of stationary supplies. Help to identify problems with the quality, appropriateness and usage of supplies and materials.

2. Photocopy, collate, sort and distribute documents, as requested. Help to insure that photocopy machines are maintained and used properly. Identify and report maintenance problems. Keep photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner.

3. Run errands, as directed.

4. Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested
