- Maintain stationary/ Kitchen stocks and distribute stationary/Kitchen supplies, in keeping with IRC policies and procedures, as assigned.
- Document the distribution and usage of stationary/Kitchen supplies.
- Help to identify problems with the quality, appropriateness and usage of supplies and materials.
- Photocopy, collate, sort and distribute documents, as requested.
- Help to insure that photocopy machines are maintained and used properly. Identify and report maintenance problems.
- Keep photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner. Run errands, as directed.
- Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested. Perform other duties, as assigned.
Skills Required:
Qualification Matric
At-least one year experience of Photocopier handling.
Preferred NGO experience
