--To ensure training for implementing partners conducted per plan.
--Lead on data collection, analysis and dissemination to relevant quarters.
--Conduct coordination meetings with stakeholders for improvement of program activities
--To provide complete and quality progress reports per project schedule.
--To manage staff according to standard IRC guidelines and ensure ongoing staff training
--To ensure that stock management systems are in place
--To plan all programme activities and ensure spending of budget lines consistent with the project remit
--To ensure regular monitoring and supervision of malaria and leishmaniasis diagnosis and treatment practices
--Monitor project budget, activities plan and ensure compliance with the project agreement
--To carry out any other task requested by the line manager
