Job Overview/Summary:
The Senior Manager Capacity Building & Institutional Development will be a self-starter with excellent writing, presentation, training/facilitation, and budget management skills and will be able to develop and execute trainings for partners staff with minimal direction.
The Senior Manager Capacity Building & Institutional Development, is required to work with the Partnership Coordinator on leading the partners capacity assessment and development plans, produce annual capacity building/trainings plan, draft budget on for these trainings and other initiatives, identify trainers within IRC and outside of IRC, and also select trainings from the relevant websites and portals, facilitate and conduct extensive trainings for the IRC partners staff.
