IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and currently works in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces.
Job Overview/Summary:
Under the supervision of the Head of Office Sindh, the Senior Reporting Officer’s primary responsibility will be to coordinate reporting, support and assist the day-to-day management of tasks and program support related to Disaster Risk Reduction and food security to flood affected populations in Sindh

· Arrange progress review meetings, as and when necessary; record and disseminate minutes of meetings
· Assist the Provincial/Livelihoods Coordinator in internal and external communication matters, including the development of a sound communication plan
· Take minutes of the meetings and report writing

Job Requirements:
Education:
Master degree in management, communication field or social sciences.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in I/NGO related to reporting and communication, coordination and information management; and advanced training/courses in English, social sciences, international relations, communications, or other related fields
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills:
Strong English language skills both written and oral; knowledge of local languages including Sindhi
Desirable criteria:
Past work experience on cash transfer & DRR projects
