Job Overview/Summary:
Under the supervision of the DRR Specialist Sindh, the Senior Training Officer’s primary responsibility will be to coordinate Trainings, design, arrange and conduct trainigns related to Disaster Risk Reduction and food security to flood affected populations in Sindh

Job Requirements:
Education:
Master Degree in Development studies, disaster management or equivalent experience in social work and/or other relevant discipline
Work Experience:
Total Work Experience 4 years having considerable command over PRA tools and techniques, Sector Experience 2 years
Experience of implementing best practices
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills:
Strong English language skills both written and oral; knowledge of local languages including Sindhi
Desirable criteria:
Past work experience on cash transfer & DRR projects
